Our Newport Supported Housing Accommodation is looking for a positive, engaging, and passionate individual to join its team as a Project Worker working with individuals experiencing homelessness, children, adolescents, and families.

At Clifton Place, you would work with a diverse group of people, including families, young people, pregnant women, individuals with physical disabilities, mental health issues, substance misuse, and trafficking victims. Day-to-Day Duties:
Proactively engaging with individuals and families perceived as ‘hard to reach’ using positive, persistent, and assertive approaches to build trust and improve outcomes, including tenancy sustainability.
You will lead each shift by supporting individuals, managing the scheme, and overseeing Scheme Support Officers.

Our goal is to equip individuals with knowledge and tools for independent living. The role involves working with complex behaviors and needs, such as alcohol misuse, mental health issues, substance misuse, and disabilities. You will need adaptability to engage with a diverse client base.
