Balfour Beatty Kilpatrick is seeking a Project Trainer to join our Power Transmission and Distribution team, covering projects across Scotland. You will work with SMEs and the training team to deliver programmes to Site Engineers and ensure staff are compliant with current legislation and company standards.
The role may be based anywhere in Scotland with regular travel to sites; a company car is provided and overnight expenses are covered.
Balfour Beatty are looking for a Project Trainer to join our Power Transmission and Distribution Team covering our projects in Scotland.
The Project Trainer works alongside our SMEs and training team to deliver training programmes to our Site Engineers across the country – assessing all Project staff trainees to ensure they are compliant with current legislation and company standards.
This role can be based anywhere within Scotland and will involve regular travel to Power T&D sites, a company car will be provided and any overnight expenses covered. When not travelling the role can be done remotely.
