Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery on a Major Power Transmission & Distribution project in the Inverness/Elgin area. You will oversee safety, budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safely, sustainably and to programme.
  • Oversee OHL delivery including tower erection, cabling and temporary works.
  • Ensure robust safety systems, RAMS review, incident investigations.
  • Manage subcontractors, stakeholders and client relationships.
  • Own project budget, forecasting, cost control and reporting.
  • Develop resource-loaded schedules and monitor progress.
  • Maintain Digital Briefcase and accurate project records.

About the role

Balfour Beatty has a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our high-performing Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) team, leading delivery on a Major Project in the Inverness / Elgin area

This is a unique chance to be part of a critical infrastructure project supporting the UK’s energy transition — all while working within a collaborative and expert team, where flexible working is embraced and career development is a priority

Hours - 45 per week

What you'll be doing
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver safely, sustainably and to programme

Who we're looking for
