The Crowd is seeking a Project Support Administrator to join our London office on a permanent basis. Hybrid working is available, with some part-time or short-hour arrangements and temporary contracts considered.
You will help keep multiple projects organized, manage information, and ensure deadlines and processes are followed. You will support senior team members with day-to-day administration, RFIs, Transmittals, registers, and reporting while maintaining accuracy across large volumes of data.

This is a busy, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping projects organised, managing information and ensuring that deadlines and processes are followed. You’ll work closely with senior members of the project team, supporting the day-to-day administration of a high-volume and complex project. The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing large volumes of information. You’ll need to be comfortable working independently, prioritising competing tasks and communicating with multiple stakeholders.
