Job summary

Brandfixx Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Sales Manager to develop new business and manage multiple projects across the UK. The role requires strong sales, negotiation and business development skills, and the ability to travel to project locations and customer sites.

You will oversee planning, coordination of resources, cost management and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent sales, negotiation and business development abilities.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and delivering on time and within budget.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across buyers, suppliers and contractors.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and layouts (CAD or similar).
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK for sites and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development to identify and convert opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Plan projects, coordinate resources, and manage timelines and budgets.
• Read, interpret and amend building layouts and technical drawings.
• Apply knowledge of bingo, leisure, retail fit-out or shopfitting to support delivery.
