Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly proficient Project Manager/Sales Manager with at least 4 years experience to develop new business and manage multiple projects across the UK. The role combines sales leadership with project delivery in bingo/leisure sectors, offering growth within a fast-paced, established business with strong customer service systems.

You will travel across the UK to client sites, contribute to planning, coordinate internal teams and suppliers, and

• Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors and suppliers for projects.
• Good IT, administration and reporting skills; proficient in Excel and Word.
• Experience in bingo, leisure, retail fit-out or shopfitting advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build relationships with buyers, customers, suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop project schedules, coordinate resources and manage suppliers, contractors and internal teams.
• Technical Drawings and Layouts: Read, interpret and amend building layouts and drawings to support proposals and delivery.
• Industry Knowledge: Apply bingo, leisure, retail fit-out or shopfitting knowledge to delivery and satisfaction.
• Travel across the UK to project locations/meetings as required.
