Job summary

SF Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple complex installation projects across the UK. You will be accountable from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring safety, on-time performance and budget adherence.

The role requires a commercially minded professional with construction or electrical/structural installations experience, capable of coordinating crane operations and complex lifting tasks, and travelling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or engineering environments.
• Experience managing site-based engineering or installation projects.
• Knowledge of RAMS and ITPs and health & safety regulations.
• Commercial awareness including budgeting and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering and installation projects from inception through to completion.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, resources, materials, subcontractors and site activities.
• Oversee budgets, cost control and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate crane operations and complex lifting activities.
• Prepare RAMS and ITPs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure delivery.
• Conduct site visits across the UK to monitor progress and resolve issues.
