Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Sales Manager in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on developing new business and managing multiple projects while delivering value through strong problem solving and cost management.

Travel across the UK to project locations and customer sites is required, with responsibilities spanning sales, CRM, project planning, and technical layouts.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years’ experience in project and/or sales management.
• Willingness to travel across the UK for locations/meetings and customer sites.
• Strong cost management skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: identify and develop new business opportunities and convert enquiries into sales.
• CRM: build and maintain relationships with buyers, customers, suppliers, and contractors.
• Project Planning and Coordination: develop schedules, coordinate resources, manage suppliers and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Technical Drawings and Layouts: read, interpret, and amend building layouts to support proposals and delivery.
• Industry Knowledge: apply bingo/leisure/retail fit-out expertise to support project delivery and satisfaction.
