The role supports both on-site and hybrid work arrangements, coordinating scope, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will manage budgets, timelines, and risks while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and project teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and allocate resources effectively.
• Track project progress, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting.
• Identify and resolve project issues, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project meetings, reviews, and post-project evaluations.
