Enisca Browne is seeking a proactive Project Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial performance of our projects from tender handover through to final account. You will ensure effective cost control, robust financial reporting, and clear engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.

In this role you will forecast, administer NEC3/NEC4 contracts, manage payment applications, and oversee procurement and budget control.

Competenze

• Solid experience in a similar commercial role (minimum 2 years).
• Strong commercial awareness with experience preparing cost reports and forecasts.
• Good working knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract administration.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently to tight deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience in the water industry or MEICA projects (desirable).
• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (desirable).
