Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Manager, driving efficiencies, managing costs and regional performance for our clients. You will take control of all financial aspects of the project; overseeing all commercial & contractual matters.

The role is based at Bristol Water HQ with a competitive salary of £45,000 - £52,000 per year and a full benefits package. You will engage in P&L reporting, subcontract management, change control, and risk/value management, with

Qualifications

• Degree qualification (RICS accredited or equivalent) desirable but not essential.
• Experience in Utilities industry preferred.
• Experience with Compensation Events and Early Warnings in fast-paced environments.
• Direct experience with NEC3/NEC4 Option C desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project costs including weekly P&L reporting.
• Review contract documents and advise on issues.
• Track progress and cash flow forecast information.
• Prepare subcontract documents, enquiries and assessment of quotations.
• Manage change control, risk and value management.
