VolkerWessels is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to drive commercial outcomes across construction projects in the UK. You will own costs, protect margins, and maximise value while managing risk and cultivating strong client and supply chain relationships.

The role requires on-site measurement experience, professional accreditation (RICS/CIOB/ICES), and the ability to work under pressure. You will join a multidisciplinary team delivering high-profile civil and building projects.

Be the commercial driving force behind our projects. As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of costs, maximise project value, manage risk, and build strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners, ensuring projects are delivered profitably, efficiently, and successfully from start to finish.

• Relevant experience working in Build
• An accredited course by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (ICES).
• Experience of onsite measures
• NEC3 Option A form of contract and subcontract conditions
• JCT Design & Build and JCT Standard Building Contract experience
• Managing others
• Knowledge and understanding of construction management, construction and sustainable construction techniques.
• Good communicator
• Able to work under pressure
