Job summary

VolkerWessels UK is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to own costs, maximise value, manage risk, and build strong relationships with clients and the supply chain to ensure profitable, efficient project delivery from start to finish.

The role emphasizes on-site experience, NEC form contracts, and leadership of site teams. A safety-conscious, collaborative professional is preferred for delivering high-quality civil engineering and construction outcomes.

Qualifications

• On site experience of 3+ years in maintenance contracts.
• Experience with onsite measures and site procedures.
• Knowledge of NEC form of contract and subcontract conditions.
• Familiarity with other contract forms is a plus.
• Experience in managing others on site.

Responsibilities
