The project aims to provide funding for the development and promotion of the visitor economy, including local attractions, trails, tours, and tourism products. Its focus is on creating jobs and enhancing community cohesion through investments that build on existing industries and institutions. These range from supporting new business startups to improving local retail, hospitality, and leisure sector facilities.
