The Harm Outside the Home Team within Children’s Social Care have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced admin/business support officer or project assistant wanting to expand their knowledge and experiences. We are offering a temporary Project Officer role for 12 months, with an opportunity to develop systems and processes that will support the team’s performance.
We are looking for somebody that can provide a professional, high quality administrative/business support service within the Harm Outside the Home (HOTH) team. This will include support for a range of strategic and operational meetings across the council relating to contextual safeguarding and children at risk of exploitation.
We need you to collate, analyse and present information and data in various formats to support the HOTH Lead in evidencing the Team’s performance and in meeting key performance indicators and service priorities.
You will work as a key part of the team, using initiative and problem-solving to support the service to achieve its objectives, including the taking of formal minutes or less formal notes of meetings where required.
As this is a new post, it will be an opportunity for the successful candidate to put their own stamp on the role and to help develop new processes and ways of working for the team that improve and demonstrate outcomes for the very valuable and important work they do.
