Universities Human Resources (UHR) is seeking a Projects and Research Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a wide range of people practices and contribute to projects that add real value to our members.
About UHR: UHR is the professional organisation for HR practitioners in UK Higher Education (HE). With over 160 institutional members and over 6,500 individual people professionals accessing our services, we are dedicated to fostering high performance in People teams. Our mission is to build people capacity, enhance organisational effectiveness, and promote the people agenda within and beyond HE.
The Role: As a Projects and Research Officer, you will support UHR members during a time of significant challenge. This varied role involves undertaking project and research work, supporting regional and member network groups, and occasionally contributing to in-person and online CPD events. You will work closely with UHR’s Strategic Projects & Research Managers, helping to identify resources and practices that could be useful to our members.
