Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive complex highways and technology schemes from feasibility through handover. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within cost and schedule targets, including NEC contract administration.

The role requires strong communication, collaboration and mentoring capabilities, plus willingness to travel to network offices and sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-project programmes and teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee programmes through feasibility, design, construction and handover.
• Develop and maintain project plans and ensure resources meet objectives.
• Manage Subcontractors and Designers to meet health, safety, time and cost targets.
• Support sustainability initiatives including net zero and biodiversity gains.
• Report on project performance and risk mitigation.
