Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a proactive Project Manager to drive highway and technology schemes across their full lifecycle. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, maintain robust cost profiles and manage NEC-based contracts, while aligning with sustainability and safety targets.

Qualifications

Experience of managing project teams to successfully develop multiple projects concurrently.
Strong collaborator with experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders.
Commercially focused to drive project performance and manage contracts.
Excellent communication and organisational skills to clarify project strategies.
Experience mentoring or coaching to develop project management talent.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee programmes through feasibility, design, construction and handover.
Manage subcontractors and designers, ensuring health & safety, time and cost targets.
Develop robust cost profiles and quantify resource requirements.
Identify risks and dependencies, escalate and implement mitigations.
Prepare and maintain change management records and performance reports.
