Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Manchester seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver highways and local transport projects across the full lifecycle. You will work with senior Project Directors and multidisciplinary teams, coordinating technical design, procurement, and client engagement.

The role offers hybrid working and flexibility, with opportunities to lead major programmes across the north of England and beyond.

Qualifications

• BEng/MEng/BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• ICE/IEA membership with CEng or IEng qualification preferred.
• Experience with National Highways, Local Authorities or Network Rail.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary civil engineering projects from feasibility to construction.
• Coordinate design teams and manage client expectations.
• Prepare fee proposals and monitor project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with CDM and safety standards.
