Job summary

Fawkes and Reece is seeking a Site Manager/Supervisor to lead FM refurbishment projects, mainly for bar/restaurants, within around 30 miles of Nottingham.

You will manage Site Managers, Administrators and subcontractors, travel between sites, report progress to the senior team, and drive training and progression through a growing design-and-build company.

Qualifications

• FM experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Proven managerial experience in similar settings.
• UK driving licence.
• SMSTS or equivalent qualification.
• First Aid at work.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Managers, Administrators, and subcontractors.
• Travel between sites and report progress to senior team.
• Survey and manage works within 30-mile radius of Nottingham.
• Deliver FM refurbishment projects for bar/restaurants.
