Job summary

TS Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager in Nottingham to oversee facilities management on commercial buildings, handling planned and reactive works and leading projects from pre-contract to completion.

The role requires delivery of quality, cost-effective outcomes with strong client liaison, site visits, and staff supervision. A full UK driving licence and relevant qualifications are preferred, with a competitive package including car allowance and pension contributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management within the commercial sector.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications preferred.
• Good IT skills.
• Commercially aware and able to deliver projects within budget.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings.
• Manage planned and reactive maintenance works to keep buildings in good condition.
• Attend site visits and lead projects from pre-contract to completion.
• Oversee quality control and health & safety compliance.
• Maintain budget awareness and manage contractors and direct staff.
• Nurture client relationships and maximise project opportunities.
• Prepare progress reports for the Head of Facilities Management.

TS Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manager in the Nottingham area to work on facilities management both planned and reactive works on commercial buildings

Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Oversee facilities management projects on commercial buildings
• Work could include planned and reactive maintenance such as re roofs, toilet repairs, window replacements, floor levelling, kitchens and more
• Attend site visits
• Lead projects form precontracts to completion
• Oversee quality control and health and safety
• Commercially aware to ensure projects are completed within budget
• Manage contractors and direct staff
• Manage the client relationship and maximise opportunities
• Complete progress reports
• Reporting into the head of facilities management
