Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Site Manager/Supervisor to lead a team of Site Managers, Administrators and subcontractors on FM refurbishments, primarily for bar/restaurants. The role covers a 30-mile radius around Nottingham and involves travel to multiple sites.

You will report progress to the senior team and ensure works run smoothly. Candidates must have FM experience, proven managerial ability, a UK driving licence, and hold SMSTS and First Aid at Work certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in facilities management.
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate subcontractors.
• Valid UK driving license is required.
• SMSTS or equivalent certification is required.
• First Aid at Work certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Site Managers, Administrators and subcontractors.
• Travel to sites across a 30-mile radius of Nottingham and report progress.
• Oversee refurbishments in bar/restaurants within FM contracts.
