Job summary

Trevett Project Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead FM projects across key accounts in a dynamic environment. The role supports hybrid working with travel to Hampshire locations including Farnborough, Crawley, and Southampton.

You will bring a Hard FM Engineering background, management experience, and a track record of delivering cradle-to-grave projects. You should excel in leadership, networking, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced setting, while leveraging

• Experience in Hard FM engineering and FM project delivery.
• Background in FM Projects environment or transition from M&E Maintenance.
• Senior-level project management with cradle-to-grave oversight.
• Commercial acumen and ability to run a small business/division if applicable.

A new Senior Project Manager within a dynamic FM remit of high profile accounts, has become avaialble due to growth.

The ideal location would be Hampshire as the key locations are Farnborough, Crawley, Southampton, Wrexham, Coventry and Oxford.

You will come from a Hard FM Engineering background and have cut your teeth within the FM Projects environment or moved across to it ideally during your M&E Maintenance career.

Happy to travel but there is the flexibility to manage your own time and work hybrid.

Managing projects from cradle to grave, happy to come up with solutions as you build your pipeline through demonstrating what's good and maintaining high standards throughout.

Networking internally with your team, you'll be a solid leader with a wealth of experience looking for your next senior move in an exciting and fast paced environment which is extremely rewarding.
