Navartis Ltd. is seeking two experienced Project Managers to join a major MOD programme delivering critical infrastructure and facilities projects across a secure estate in the UK.

You will hold active DV clearance and manage programmes, budgets, and stakeholder expectations in highly secure environments. Role requires 4 days onsite at High Wycombe with 1 day remote, contract length 6 months initial, daily rate up to £550 outside IR35.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple infrastructure and facilities projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver project programmes within highly secure MOD environments.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and technical specialists.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and project documentation are maintained to the highest standards.
• Engage with client stakeholders and senior decision-makers across the programme.

Location: High Wycombe (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Contract Length: 6 Months Initial Contract
Rate: Up to £550 per day (Outside IR35)
Security Clearance: Active DV Clearance Required

Overview

We are seeking 2 experienced Project Managers to join a major Ministry of Defence (MOD) programme delivering critical infrastructure and facilities projects across a secure estate. These are urgent requirements and candidates must hold active DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.

The successful candidates will manage a portfolio of infrastructure and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery of programme objectives within time, cost, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple infrastructure and facilities projects from inception through to completion.
• Deliver project programmes within highly secure MOD environments.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and technical specialists.
• Ensure governance, reporting, and project documentation are maintained to the highest standards.
• Engage with client stakeholders and senior decision-makers across the programme.

Essential Requirements

• Active DV Security Clearance (Developed Vetting).
• Sole UK National.
• Proven experience delivering project management services within complex infrastructure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and project governance experience.
• Previous experience working within secure government or defence environments.

Desirable Experience

• Experience delivering Critical Infrastructure projects.
• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health) project experience.
• HVAC project delivery experience.
• MOD project experience highly desirable.
• Experience managing office refurbishment and estate improvement projects.

Project Environment

• Supporting a major MOD client with multiple concurrent programmes.
• Project values typically ranging from £50,000 to £17 million.
• Working across critical infrastructure and facilities refurbishment projects.
• Opportunity to support one of six programmes within the wider MOD portfolio.
