Additional Resources Ltd is seeking a DV Cleared Project Manager to join a specialist cyber technology and software assurance company supporting UK Defence and Critical National Infrastructure programmes. As a Project Manager you will coordinate projects, track progress and ensure technical and regulatory activities align with business objectives and timescales.

This role involves stakeholder liaison, risk management and regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications

• CV demonstrates prior project management experience in defence or security sectors.
• Experience coordinating technical and regulatory activities to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor interfaces.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools and Atlassian suite (Confluence/Jira).
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans covering technical and regulatory activities.
• Set project timelines and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Organise regular meetings and provide progress updates to teams and senior management.
• Identify risks and implement contingency actions to keep projects on track.

Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a DV Cleared Project Manager to join a specialist cyber technology and software assurance company supporting UK Defence and Critical National Infrastructure programmes.

As a Project Manager, you will be coordinating projects, tracking progress and ensuring technical and regulatory activities remain aligned with agreed business objectives and timescales.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 and benefits. Occasional travel may be required.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing project plans covering technical and regulatory activities.
• Setting project timelines and monitoring progress against agreed deadlines.
• Organising regular internal and external meetings, recording actions and providing progress updates to teams and senior management.
• Identifying project risks and potential issues, putting appropriate contingency measures and corrective actions in place.
• Co-ordinating with technical, regulatory, supply chain and commercial stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Delivery Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Confident using Atlassian applications, including Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders and activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to organise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
