Synergize Consulting Ltd seeks a SC/DV cleared Junior Project Manager to support delivery in a UK defence and aerospace environment. You will coordinate activities, track milestones and ensure clear communication across technical teams, stakeholders and suppliers.

Based in Reading with four days on-site, you will work with experienced managers to develop project plans, maintain governance, RAID logs and budgets, while identifying risks and helping drive on-time delivery.

Formación

• Active SC security clearance.
• Experience in project coordination, project support or a junior project management role.
• Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
• Basic understanding of project management principles and delivery methodologies.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage competing priorities.
• Exposure to defence, aerospace, MOD or other secure government programmes.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering or digital transformation projects.
• Understanding of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery approaches.
• PRINCE2 Foundation, AgilePM Foundation or a similar project management qualification.
• DV clearance.

Working Arrangements
