Additional Resources is seeking a DV-cleared Project Manager to join a specialist cyber technology and software assurance company supporting UK Defence and Critical National Infrastructure programmes. You will coordinate projects, track progress and ensure technical and regulatory activities align with agreed business objectives and timescales.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 and benefits. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• DV security clearance required.
• Experience as PM, Programme Manager or delivery manager.
• Strong MS Office and Atlassian tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans covering technical and regulatory activities.
• Set project timelines and monitor progress against deadlines.
• Organise regular meetings and report progress to teams and senior management.

An opportunity has arisen for a DV Cleared Project Manager to join a specialist cyber technology and software assurance company supporting UK Defence and Critical National Infrastructure programmes.

As a Project Manager, you will be coordinating projects, tracking progress and ensuring technical and regulatory activities remain aligned with agreed business objectives and timescales.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £80,000 - £100,000 and benefits. Occasional travel may be required.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and managing project plans covering technical and regulatory activities.
• Setting project timelines and monitoring progress against agreed deadlines.
• Organising regular internal and external meetings, recording actions and providing progress updates to teams and senior management.
• Identifying project risks and potential issues, putting appropriate contingency measures and corrective actions in place.
• Co-ordinating with technical, regulatory, supply chain and commercial stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Project Manager, Programme Manager, Project Delivery Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Confident using Atlassian applications, including Confluence and Jira.
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple stakeholders and activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to organise workloads effectively and meet deadlines.
