Morson Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager with DV security clearance to lead construction projects for a central government client. The role involves delivering multiple projects to timescales, budgets and quality standards within a secure environment.

The successful candidate will manage stakeholders and suppliers, ensure compliance with CDM 2015, and apply PRINCE2/APM methodologies across complex projects. Hybrid working with on-site presence in London or Milton Keynes is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction projects valued up to £5 million.
• Current DV Security Clearance or eligible; must be sole British national.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience planning and controlling projects using PRINCE2, APM or equivalent methodologies.
• Strong budget and financial management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Senior Project Manager- Construction-DV Security Cleared

Senior Project Manager, ideally with current DV Security Clearance and experience of delivering critical infrastructure and construction projects within a secure environment is required to support our central government client on a 2 year contract.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards. Projects will involve a range of stakeholders and suppliers and may include technical, operational, security and logistical complexities.

Senior Project Manager- Construction-DV Security Cleared- Essential Experience

• PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP, ISEB Certificate or equivalent project management qualification.
• Strong understanding and practical application of CDM 2015 Regulations.
• Experience delivering construction projects valued up to £5 million.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience planning and controlling projects using PRINCE2, APM or equivalent methodologies.
• Current DV Security Clearance or eligible must be a sole British national.
• Strong project budget and financial management experience.
• Demonstrable risk and issue management expertise.
• Experience delivering projects within secure, regulated or sensitive environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills.

Senior Project Manager- Construction-DV Security Cleared- Desirable Experience

• NEC4 contract management experience.
• Previous experience working within Government, Defence or Public Sector environments.
• APM membership.
• Management of Risk (MoR) qualification.
• Experience using Microsoft Project Online.
• Knowledge of global logistics processes and associated risks.
• Strong commercial awareness within a managed service environment.

The role is inside IR35 £550-£610per day inside IR35
24 month contract up front
Hybrid working 2-3 days on site per week in London and or Milton Keynes
