Sphere Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver a landmark commercial refurbishment in Bristol. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensure safety, programme, budget, and quality targets are met on a £74m city centre refurbishment and office fit-out.

The role reports to the Regional Director and involves close collaboration with clients, consultants and commercial teams to drive performance across the project lifecycle. SMSTS and CSCS Black Card are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering major refurbishment, retrofit or cut & carve projects.
• Strong commercial office construction or fit-out experience.
• Previous employment with a Tier One or major regional main contractor.
• Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and programme management experience.
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card and a full UK driving licence.

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark commercial redevelopment in the heart of Bristol.

Our client, a leading main contractor, has secured a £74m city centre refurbishment and office fit-out project, transforming an existing office complex into a modern, sustainable workspace with premium amenities. This is a flagship development and offers the opportunity to lead a technically challenging project from start to finish.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Leading a multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with the client, consultants and commercial teams to drive performance throughout the project lifecycle.
