Job summary

Fawkes & Reece, a national contractor, is seeking a Project Manager to lead a lightweight steel frame development in Newport. This site-based role covers from setup through completion, accountable for programme, quality, commercial performance, health & safety and overall delivery.

The successful candidate will manage site teams, subcontractors and the supply chain, coordinate with commercial and design teams, monitor progress and uphold safety standards to deliver on time and to budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience delivering lightweight steel frame (LWSF) projects - essential.
• Strong knowledge of programmes, quality and site management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Track record delivering projects safely, on time and to budget.
• SMSTS, CSCS Black, First Aid at Work.

Project Manager - Lightweight Steel Frame

We are currently working with a national contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a lightweight steel frame development in Newport.

This is a site-based role, overseeing the project from site set-up through to completion, with responsibility for programme, quality, commercial performance, health & safety and overall delivery.
