Job summary

PHD Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead RC frame and groundworks projects in London for a well-established contractor. You will oversee multiple live sites, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely and on schedule.

The role requires proven PM experience in RC frame and groundworks, strong leadership, and excellent communication. A full UK driving licence and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in RC frame and groundworks.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and sequencing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
• Driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage RC frame and groundwork projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.
• Report regularly to senior management with progress updates and forecasts.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage RC frame and groundwork projects from start to finish
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and safe delivery
