Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is seeking a Permanent Site Manager for South Wales. The role is office-based with travel as needed, and a salary of circa £55,000-£60,000 per annum. Start date is mid to late November, with occasional travel beyond South Wales.

Responsibilities include directing structural steel balcony projects, overseeing fabrication and installation, and delivering projects on time and to quality standards. Travel and accommodation are covered where required.

Qualifications

• Proven background in structural steel fabrication and installation.
• Experience in a Site Manager or similar senior site-based role.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including to locations such as the Lake District.

• Specifying and managing structural steel balcony structures to bring work in-house
• Overseeing structural steel fabrication and installation projects
• Managing project delivery on site to programme and quality standards
• Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Travel to sites outside South Wales as required, with travel and accommodation covered

Requirements :

• Proven background in structural steel fabrication and installation - experience-led role, no specific tickets required
• Experience in a Site Manager or similar senior site-based role within the structural steel sector
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and bring work in-house effectively
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including to locations such as the Lake District
