Job summary

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting a Permanent Site Manager for South Wales, with salary in the £55,000–£60,000 per annum range and occasional travel to sites beyond South Wales. The role is office-based but on-site leadership will be required to oversee balcony structures and steel fabrication projects.

Travel and accommodation are covered where needed. The successful candidate will have a proven background in structural steel fabrication and installation, and will manage multiple

• Proven background in structural steel fabrication and installation — experience-led role, no specific tickets required.
• Experience in a Site Manager or similar senior site-based role within the structural steel sector.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and bring work in-house effectively.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including to locations such as the Lake District.

Start Date: Mid to late November

Salary: circa £55,000-£60,000 per annum

Location: South Wales, with occasional travel further afield

Work Arrangement : Office-based role
