Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m - £15m across residential, care home and commercial sectors in the North West. The role requires strong leadership, a main contractor background and proven delivery capability.

You will manage projects from pre-construction to completion, oversee site teams and subcontractors, and drive health & safety standards while maintaining programme and budget controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
• Main contractor background is essential.
• Experience within residential, care home and/or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to manage programmes and budgets.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.

Due to continued success, they're looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m - £15m across the residential, care home and commercial sectors.
