Job summary

We are Footprint in the North West is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m to £15m across residential, care home and commercial sectors.

The role involves managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, supervising site teams and subcontractors, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager (PM/CM).
• Main contractor background is essential.
• Experience in residential, care home and/or commercial sectors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness to manage programmes and budgets.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.

Due to continued success, they're looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m - £15m across the residential, care home and commercial sectors.
