Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Contracts Manager to oversee multiple North West projects ranging £4m–£15m across residential, care home and commercial sectors. The role calls for strong leadership, client liaison and a focus on safety and quality.

You will manage pre-construction through to completion, coordinating site teams and subcontractors while ensuring programmes and budgets are met. A main contractor background is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
• Main contractor background is essential.
• Experience in residential, care home and/or commercial projects.

We're working with a well-established regional contractor that's continuing to grow and has a strong pipeline of work across the North West.

Due to continued success, they're looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m - £15m across the residential, care home and commercial sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with an excellent reputation, a healthy order book and a genuine focus on delivering quality projects.

The Role:

• Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
• Monitor project performance, quality and commercial outcomes.
• Drive high standards of health & safety across all sites.
• Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
• Main contractor background is essential.
• Experience within residential, care home and/or commercial projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good commercial awareness with the ability to manage programmes and budgets.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
