Job summary

Thrive Talent Fulfilment is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects across the Northwest, spanning industrial, commercial, residential and public sectors. The role entails directing site teams and coordinating with stakeholders to drive programmes.

Ideal candidates will have design and build experience, strong leadership, SMSTS and First Aid, a CSCS Managers card, HNC/HND in Construction, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-million £ construction projects across industrial, commercial, residential and public sector.
• Design and build exposure with involvement in design, planning and pre-construction stages.
• Formal safety and site qualifications including SMSTS and First Aid.
• Relevant construction qualifications such as HNC/HND in Construction and CSCS Managers card.
• Full UK driving licence and strong leadership/communication skills.

Job description

We are working with a Northwest based Construction company who are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects across the Northwest. The role is working in the industrial, commercial, Residential and public Building sector.

They have secured a number of new commercial build developments and are looking for a Project Manager to lead the construction teams on the projects.

The role would suit someone with previous design and build experience, ideally involved in design, planning and pre construction.
