Sirona care & health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the MSK transformation programme, reporting to the Clinical Lead and CLOP for MSK Physiotherapy. The role runs for six months, focusing on planning, implementation, and reporting for urgent MSK pathway redesigns, standardisation of care delivery, and expanding group interventions to boost productivity and sustainability.

Due to successful bid for GIRFT MSK funding, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior Project manager to work alongside the GIRFT Clinical Lead and Clinical and Operational Lead (CLOP) for MSK Physiotherapy.
During the 6 months the project manager will help plan and manage the implementation and reporting processes associated with the major MSK transformation programme. This project will include; review and redesign urgent MSK pathways, standardise care delivery and expand group interventions to enhance productivity and long-term sustainability. Drive referral optimisation and referrer education to reduce inappropriate referrals and improve service efficiency. Improve waiting list quality through robust validation and digital management processes. Audit DNA and cancellation rates to improve patient accessibility including the use of digital engagement, automated reminders and self-booking systems, eliminating 18-week waiting list breaches by March 2027,
Liaise closely with MSK CLOP, MSK Physiotherapy leads, and governance groups to ensure a collaborative approach.
The post holder will play a key role in supporting the delivery of strategic priorities across the MSK service, ensuring project objectives are achieved within agreed timescales while maintaining a focus on quality, patient experience, and continuous service improvement.
