Job summary

Sirona care & health is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive the MSK transformation programme, reporting to the Clinical Lead and CLOP for MSK Physiotherapy. The role runs for six months, focusing on planning, implementation, and reporting for urgent MSK pathway redesigns, standardisation of care delivery, and expanding group interventions to boost productivity and sustainability.

You will liaise with MSK CLOP, MSK leads, governance groups, and corporate teams to ensure timely delivery,

Qualifications

Experience leading programmes of work within a healthcare transformation context.
Ability to align multiple work streams and manage interdependencies.
Strong skills in building influential relationships with staff at all levels.
Experience championing PMO approaches and improving project delivery.
Provide guidance on project management processes and principles to staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead specific programmes of work to support delivery of corporate and service Transformation Programmes.
Ensure alignment of work streams and identification and management of interdependencies.
Build strong, influential relationships with staff at all levels to enable delivery.
Work in a corporate manner with key managers to ensure priority programmes are achieved.
Champion the PMO approach and build capability in teams for better project delivery.
