Sirona care & health in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire is seeking an organised MSK administration colleague to support referrals, appointments and onward care. You’ll liaise with patients, clinicians and external organisations to keep the patient pathway running smoothly.
Using systems such as eReferral and EMIS, you will handle queries, maintain accurate records, and create templates and letters as required.

You’ll be at the heart of the service, working closely with patients, clinicians and colleagues to coordinate appointments, manage referrals and caseloads, complete post clinic actions and arrange onward referrals. You’ll use systems including e Referral and EMIS to ensure information is accurate, up to date and patients receive the right support at the right time.
Every day will bring something different. You’ll respond to patient queries, manage complex or sensitive information and work with colleagues and external organisations to resolve issues and keep things moving. You’ll need excellent communication skills, a calm and professional approach and the confidence to use your initiative when solving problems.
