Job summary

Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol is seeking a senior Project Manager (NHS AfC Band 7) to lead the MSK transformation programme. You will work with the GIRFT Clinical Lead and CLOP to plan, implement, and report on project milestones across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset.

The role focuses on redesigning urgent MSK pathways, standardising care delivery, and expanding group interventions to improve productivity, reduce referral inefficiencies, and ensure 18-week waiting list

Qualifications

• Evidence of continuous personal and professional development.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent or commensurate level of experience.
• Knowledge of local, national, policy developments and awareness of their implications.
• Understanding the interfaces between Primary, Acute, Community Care, LA, VCSE sector.
• Nationally recognised qualification (APM, PRINCE2) and/or commitment to undertake the training.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic programmes to support delivery of corporate and service Transformation Programmes.
• Ensure alignment of work streams and identify interdependencies.
• Build strong relationships with staff at all levels to drive delivery.
• Champion PMO practices to improve project delivery and capability.
