Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial projects across the Torbay, South Devon and Plymouth corridor. This permanent role offers a company van and a salary up to £60,000 depending on experience, with exposure to NHS/healthcare and industrial schemes.

You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring safe delivery, on-time programme and strict budget control.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Experience delivering commercial electrical projects.
• NHS / healthcare experience highly desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing electrical projects across the Torbay, South Devon and Plymouth areas.
• Overseeing projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Monitoring programme, costs and project delivery.
• Ensuring all works are completed to the required quality and safety standards.
• Attending site meetings and providing regular project updates.
• Managing project documentation, RAMS and health & safety requirements.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager looking for your next opportunity across the South West?

Our client is a well-established electrical contractor delivering a range of commercial projects across the Torbay to Plymouth area, and they are looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team.

Experience working on NHS, healthcare and commercial/industrialprojects would be highly advantageous.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing electrical projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing electrical projects across the Torbay, South Devon and Plymouth areas
