Job summary

Core Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of electrical installations across London and the South East. You will oversee budgets, programmes, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships from start to finish.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation, and a solid knowledge of electrical regulations. You will coordinate multi-site projects, manage procurement, and ensure safe, on-time completion with high quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Electrical Project Manager in Construction or M&E.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical installations and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant electrical qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and deliver electrical projects across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate labour, materials, plant, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and programme performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Attend site meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Manage procurement and oversee material deliveries.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve site issues.
  • Prepare project reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Support project handover, testing, commissioning, and completion.

About the Role

Our client is a specialist electrical contractor delivering high-quality electrical installations and project solutions across commercial, residential, and industrial sectors throughout London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of electrical projects from commencement through to completion.

This role involves managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, suppliers, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
