Lead Project Manager

12 month - Fixed Term Contract

Location: Flexible with travel to HO

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Project Manager to join a global logistics company. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering large-scale, complex projects and transformational programmes.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead major change and transformation projects across logistics and supply chain.
• Define project scope, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to ensure success.
• Oversee risk, change, and progress reporting, ensuring projects deliver real business value.

What the client needs

• Proven experience delivering complex projects/programmes (ideally in logistics, retail, ecommerce, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Defense or Industrial).
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure (WMS, ERP, automation integration a plus).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Flexible, resilient, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Prince2 Practitioner (or equivalent).
• MSP Practitioner desirable.
• Change management certification (e.g. ACT, ADKAR, or similar).
