Wates Property Services in Erith is recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee SHDF-funded energy efficiency and decarbonisation works within occupied social housing on the Orbit SHF contract.

You will lead subcontractors and direct labour, ensure safety and quality, and manage programmes to target milestones with a focus on residents and clients. A long-term career within a growing division is on offer.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering planned maintenance projects within social housing.
• SHDF project experience is essential.
• Experience managing retrofit, decarbonisation, insulation, windows, doors, ventilation or energy efficiency improvement works.
• Strong track record of managing subcontractors and operational teams within occupied properties.
• SMSTS qualification (essential).
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

• Coordinating and monitoring SHDF and retrofit work programmes.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality and contractual requirements.
• Monitoring programme performance and resolving site issues efficiently.

• Managing site logistics, materials and workforce planning.
• Producing progress updates and reporting against project milestones.
