Wates Property Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead retrofit and planned improvement programmes for occupied social housing from our Milton Keynes office. You will drive delivery on SHDF-funded projects, coordinating teams and ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.
The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management and a hands-on approach to delivering projects on time and within budget, with regular travel to sites as required.
WPS are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Retrofit team based from our Milton Keynes office (MK15 0DF). This is an excellent opportunity to lead the delivery of SHDF-funded retrofit programmes within occupied social housing, helping clients improve the energy efficiency, sustainability and performance of their housing stock.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running from day one. You'll already have experience operating at Project Manager level or above, with a strong understanding of planned works delivery within social housing environments. Retrofit experience is highly desirable, although we would also welcome applications from professionals with a strong background in planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes.
As Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of retrofit and planned improvement programmes from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations.
