Qualifikationen

• Degree in a relevant project management, engineering, or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience of leading Integrated Project Teams in engineering, manufacturing, safety, or supply chain environments.
• Experience managing complex programmes and risks, leading through uncertainty and evolving scope.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external teams.

Aufgaben

• Accountable for successful delivery of defined work packages, coordinating with engineering and technical teams to meet cost, time, and spec targets.
• Create, maintain, and integrate project delivery schedules in Primavera P6.
• Identify and mitigate risks; plan and execute mitigations to reduce risk exposure.
• Support bidding processes, secure resource commitment for new scope, manage changes to the baseline.
• Lead the reporting cycle for projects and ensure stakeholders see accurate programme performance.
