Rolls-Royce Submarines in Derby seeks a Project Lead to join the Coated Particle Fuel (CPF) Campaign Team, driving strategic campaigns and cross-functional delivery. The role requires securing Security Check clearance and working in a hybrid model with three days on site.

Applicants should have experience delivering complex projects, excellent stakeholder management, and familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6 and SAP.

• Experience delivering cross-functional work packages across engineering, manufacturing, safety and supply chain.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects amid changing scope and ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across internal and external teams.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic campaign planning: define CPF campaign scope and translate objectives into plans.
• Drive day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams and manage dependencies.
• Work packages may be delivered externally through supply chain.
• Collaborate as part of a small cross-functional team to achieve shared outcomes.
• Manage key stakeholders to support campaign goals and decision-making.
• Create high-quality presentation material for stakeholder engagement and alignment.
• Lead the project reporting cycle with accurate performance updates.
