ARM is recruiting an Invoicing Controller for a major energy project based in Talacre, North Wales. You will manage supplier and vendor invoices, identify recharges to clients and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

You will work with finance, procurement and project teams to process invoices efficiently and meet timescales, contributing to project success and environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years experience in invoicing or accounts administration.
• HNC or a relevant qualification in Economics, Finance or related discipline.
• Invoice processing understanding and cost allocation.

Responsabilités

• Collect, review and verify incoming invoices from suppliers and vendors.
• Identify invoices and costs that need to be back-charged to the client.
• Prepare accurate supporting documentation for client recharges.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices received, processed and recharged.
• Produce regular reports detailing invoice status and client recharges.
• Liaise with finance, procurement and project stakeholders to resolve invoice queries.
