Job summary

Saipem in the United Kingdom is seeking an Invoicing Controller to manage and oversee the invoicing process for the ENI Liverpool Bay Project. You will collect invoices, back-charge to clients, and maintain records with the finance team.

This contractor role is full-time, up to 5.5 days per week, based in Talacre. Start date as soon as a successful candidate is identified, UK right-to-work required.

Qualifications

• 0.5–2 years in invoicing activities.
• HNC or certification in Economics.
• invoice reading and data collection.
• basic SAP and Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review all incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Identify and categorize invoices that need to be back charged to clients.
• Prepare the back-up for invoices to be back-charged to clients with all relevant details.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices received and back charged.
• Generate regular reports on invoices, including status of collected and back charged invoices.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement and other stakeholders to ensure smooth invoicing processes.

Purpose of the position: As Invoicing Controller you will manage and oversee the invoicing process, ensuring that all invoices received are accurately collected and back charged to the client in a timely manner. You will be part of our ENI Liverpool Bay Project (Decommissioning & Carbon Capture and Storage).

How can you support us?

• Collect and review all incoming invoices from vendors and suppliers.
• Identify and categorize invoices that need to be back charged to clients.
• Prepare the back-up for invoices to be back-charged to clients, ensuring that all relevant details are included.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices received and back charged.
• Generate regular reports on invoices, including the status of collected and back charged invoices.
• Work closely with the finance team, procurement department, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth invoicing processes.

What are we looking for?

Experience: 0,5-2 yearsin invoicing activities

Education: HNC or any certification in Economics

Technical knowledge: invoice reading, data collection

IT knowledge: basic SAP, excel.
